A calmer start often does more than an early task. Keep transitions predictable, name what is coming next, and let a child arrive before asking them to perform. Share one small signal from home, sleep, sensory load or a worry, so the first adult of the day can meet the child where they are.
Sharing context without sharing everything +
Useful information is not the same as all information. A teacher rarely needs a full history. They need the few things that change today.
